World Wild Life Fund:
The Siberian Tiger May Get Some Added Protection From the Russian Government. Photo:Sylvia DuckworthWorld Wild Life Fund is a organisation, that's working for endangered species across the world. It has reserved some animals to be critically reserved in small amounts, to prevent further extinction like our poor friend....the dodo-bird. Anyways, we don't want weird things happening to these poor little animals, so we've  got to spread awareness regarding them. Although, I doubt a hunter in some far-flung corner of the world killing tigers to survive would bother reading this.I'll be sure to add bits and pieces from magazines and web-pages to kick-off this dicussion. Let's start with the following animals:-
Siberian Tiger.
he hunting of Siberian tigers has been illegal in Russia since the 1920′s, when it was discovered that the entire population of the tiger subspecies had dwindled to fewer than 40 individuals, all of them living in the Amur region, a narrow strip along the coast of the Russian Far East. The belated conservation effort was nonetheless successful, and the Siberian, or Amur, tiger has rebounded to a current population of between 400 and 500.
Giant Panda:-
An extract regarding the Giant Panda:-Pandas play a crucial role in the bamboo forests where they roam by spreading seeds and facilitating growth of vegetation. In the Yangtze Basin where pandas live, the forests are home to a stunning array of wildlife such as dwarf blue sheep, multi-colored pheasants and other endangered species, including the golden monkey, takin and crested ibis. The panda’s habitat is at the geographic and economic heart of China, home to millions of people. By making this area more sustainable, we are also helping to increase the quality of life of local populations. Pandas bring huge economic benefits to local communities through ecotourism.
Giant_Panda_Why_They_Matter_image_(c)_Bernard_De_Wetter_WWF_Canon.jpgWould you want to wear something made out of this cute panda...no. I though so.It's sad how they're continually being hunted down by poachers in China. WHY CHINA, WHY? This extract was from as source of the main website of the WWF, they're trying to create alot of awareness among among people. It's easy to sit back with a smoothie in your hand, while you watch thousands of these innocent creatures get slaughtered.

And, as I write this, the clock ticks by and it's a little too late right now. So tune in next time, to see more posts regarding this wild-life animals. Our next session-post will include other animals and not just these Red-Targets.
